Gathering
of Local Artists
Saturday, November 12, 2005
Media Theatre
Artists
from in and around Media came together at the Media Theatre on Saturday,
November 12. There was a wonderful diversity of media represented
with painters, photographers, musicians, poets, potters, actors, and
fiber artists among others in attendance. Live music was provided
by Tom Mullian and everyone had an opportunity to "write on the
wall" and tell us what the Media Arts Council could do for area
artists. Many great ideas were generated and M.A.C. hopes to continue
the dialogue with these and other artists who live and create in our
community. Keep checking the website for more information about future
artist events.
